EASING THE TAX IMPACT FROM THE LAST BOND MEASURE

(Decreasing $1.63/$1000 from Nov. 2024 Bond)

 

If the proposed 2025 Bond Referendum question is approved, the estimated annual tax rate increase is $1.07/$1,000 of taxable property value.  

 

Last year’s proposal, requiring a total debt service levy of $2.70/$1,000 of taxable property, would have resulted in a much higher property tax increase.

Based on feedback from district residents in the 2024 election, and confirmed in a May 2025 survey that proposed projects totaling about $18 million, the district has taken a more targeted approach: a project totaling $7.945 million.
